Do clients need a WordPress account?

No. Clients access the proofing gallery via a direct link and enter the gallery password. No login, no signup, no friction.

What file types are supported?

All tiers support JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, and SVG images. Pro and Agency add PDF proofing and video proofing (MP4, WebM).

Can I customize the proofing interface?

The Pro tier lets you add your logo and brand colors. The Agency tier gives full white-label control, including removing all ProofFlow branding.

Are comments visible to all viewers?

Yes. All comments are visible to anyone with the gallery password. This keeps the entire team on the same page during the review process.

What is the difference between Starter, Pro, and Agency?

Starter covers solo designers with up to 3 active projects, basic image review, and password protection. Pro unlocks unlimited projects, approval workflows, task management, PDF and video proofing, email notifications, version history, and custom branding — on up to 5 sites. Agency includes everything in Pro plus white-label control and covers 25 sites.

How does the task management work?

Available on Pro and Agency. In the WordPress admin, you can convert any comment into a task with one click. Tasks have priority levels and can be organized on a kanban board (To Do, In Progress, Done).

What happens when my license expires?

The plugin continues to work, but you lose access to updates and support. Existing galleries and comments are unaffected. Renew anytime to restore updates.
