No. Clients access the proofing gallery via a direct link and enter the gallery password. No login, no signup, no friction.
What file types are supported?
All tiers support JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, and SVG images. The Basic tier adds PDF proofing. Standard and Agency add video proofing (MP4, WebM).
Can I customize the proofing interface?
The Standard tier lets you add your logo and brand colors. The Agency tier gives full white-label control, including removing all ProofFlow branding.
Are comments visible to all viewers?
